21 Days to live…a happy life
In this programme John outlines a self-help course of easy-to-do practices which re-orientate the way we think and then experience life. The practices are drawn from a range of research and offer a really positive and helpful guide to live happy lives even when everything is chaotic, hum-drum or just busy!
If you would like to receive a copy of the programme - there is no cost - please contact John by clicking here to e-mail.
Sessions at Netley Marsh CE Infant School : these sessions are led by John Reeve.
